So happy with my new set!

Good quality, delivery took a bit

Mine are definitely just water-resistant, not waterproof. Water beads up and rolls off for a bit, but if it's a downpour, they'll get wet inside. Gotta bring 'em in or cover 'em up.

Yeah, same experience. They're good for a light shower but not a torrential one. The covers zip off though so you can wash them easy.

Mine took about 1.5-2 weeks to get to me in Orange County. They use freight shipping for the big stuff so it's not Amazon fast, but not crazy long either.

I returned an ottoman once, and it was pretty easy. They sent a shipping label and I just had to box it up. I don't remember a restocking fee for a single item, but maybe for a whole set it could be different? Check their policy.

I checked out both. Outer's cushions felt a bit more premium, but Ash & Ember's frames seemed just as sturdy for less money. Outer has that built-in cover thing which is neat, but I just bought separate covers for my Ash & Ember set.

My friend has Outer and I have Ash & Ember. Honestly, I think A&E is better value. The quality is really close, but you save a fair bit. Outer's integrated cover is cool, but I just throw a furniture cover over mine and it's fine.
